Speak From Beyond (Digital Booklet)

If you are concerned about storing your information and files online, we offer an offline option for you. Once you sign up for a membership, you can purchase our amazing Speak From Beyond  booklet or a downloadable PDF version of the booklet. This booklet is comprehensive and informative, providing your loved ones with all the necessary details to carry on. The same  information that can be stored online can also be recorded in our booklet.

Download the booklet to your computer or trusted device, print it, and complete the forms.  Then, mail the filled-out forms back to us at Speak From Beyond using the tamper-evident bag we provide to you for safekeeping.  The booklet will be stored securely in our vault until your passing.  If you decide to store the booklet yourself, it is necessary to leave the location information of your booklet within your Speak From Beyond membership profile so that your trusted recipients can locate it.  Please note that you may designate only one recipient for this option.  Ensure that you list this chosen recipient on the tamper-evident bag label and also within your Speak From Beyond account online.  If you wish to change the designated recipient for any reason after we have received the booklet, please contact us for assistance.  The completed PDF forms will be stored in our vault and sent to your designated trusted recipient upon your passing.

Please remember that once the booklet is mailed to us, we cannot return it for any future changes. If you need to make updates to your booklet, you will need to either list those changes within your Speak From Beyond membership profile online or purchase an additional booklet to send us.
